Canvas is an exciting project that approached us in their pre-construction phase. They wanted to increase awareness in the international real estate market while gathering information for qualified investors in the area in preparation for their official announcements. Additionally, they wanted to market their pre-construction offers to reach any potential buyers locally and internationally.
Minimax proposed an inbound marketing campaign to gather data from potential buyers. After developing a keyword strategy, we focused on driving those searching in the regional market to their website. After gathering data, we focused on those audiences and we delivered them content consistently. We were able to drive them thousands of interested leads showing intent and asking purchasing information over the course of a year.
