During the Bitcoin Miami 2022 conference, Minimax Agency successfully produced satellite events at MAPS Backlot, in the Wynwood Arts District. Minimax provided a complete 360° solution for the Rare Vibes AV Club crypto event and a Freaks N’ Guilds & Friends showcase. From designing and deploying stages with sound and lighting to a unique NFT Gallery featuring 20 artists, Minimax’s production team delivered an impactful experience, all while staying within our client’s budgets.
In addition, Minimax executed large-scale video mapping, environmental lighting, and immersive installations to enhance the attendee experience. Minimax also provided stage, production, and hospitality management for headliners such as Diplo, Big Gigantic, and A-Trak to name a few. From stage management to show management, artist hospitality, guest services, and all staffing required, Minimax created remarkable events that exceeded our client’s expectations.
